Independent Use of Force Review
Police use of force in the United States can be a politicized and emotional topic. Force Encounters Review LLC seeks to provide an independent expert review of the human factors that affect a police use of force and/or data analytics for police agencies to understand trends and patterns in their use of force.

Paul Sipe has been a police officer for 30 years and has 10 years of experience investigating the criminal aspect of officer involved shootings and has over 400 hours of training in human factors related to police use of force. He remains current on this topic as he is still a police officer and still investigating officer involved shootings for his agency. He has a PhD in Human Systems Engineering and a Master of Science degree in Forensic Psychology from Arizona State University.
